Cheap discount airfares to Honolulu, Kona, Maui and Kauai from $389 per person
roundtrip through November 19, 2008. Airfares to Hawaii have jumped sky
high since the demise of ATA and Aloha Airlines, these two low-cost airlines
that went into bankruptcy.
 Last summer the fuel surcharge to Hawaii was $18.
