How To Earn 70,000 Air Miles On Delta Airlines For As Little As $90. That's Enough Miles For Two Tickets To Hawaii, Mexico Or Caribbean

Who said you can't fly to Hawaii, Alaska, across the USA between over 100 cities, to Canada, Mexico, Caribbean or Central America for cheap? To get one free ticket for $90 is one heck of a deal, but when you can earn two award tickets to the above destinations for only $90 now you're really talking.

To test this, I had my 25-year-old son sign up for three different credit cards. For a $90 annual fee, one credit card earned him 20,000 air miles. The next two credit cards he signed up for had the annual fee waived for the first year.

Now on one of these credit cards, he will have to spend $1,000 between now and October 31, 2008. But he plans to charge his groceries and gas purchases with this card earning him double miles, so this will not be a problem. So for 25,000 air miles, he's on a spending spree.

On the third card, he earned 20,000 air miles. Plus, he was able to add his girlfriend to the card to earn an extra 2,500 air miles for a total of 22,500 air miles. If he wanted, he could have added a third person to his account and earned another 2,500 bonus miles. Still, overall he's on his way to 67,500 air miles.

By charging $1,000 on his second card exclusively at locations that give him double miles, he will be 500 air miles short of 70,000 by October 31, 2008. Earning that next 500 miles will be a piece of cake.

Now if you currently have a Northwest Airlines or Delta credit card, you probably get all 70,000 air miles.

Now before you click the link to get the rest of the story, see if you can figure this out. We will say that you need to sign up for two frequent flyer programs. It took my son just under an hour to sign up for both frequent flyer programs and the three credit cards. But I can tell you that he's one happy camper because he is planning a trip to Maui next spring and even on his budget the $90 didn't break the bank.

Now, if we have got you thinking of all those hula girls in Hawaii, the margaritas in Mexico and the beaches in the Caribbean for only 90 bucks, we've got all the answers.
