Air Canada Becomes The First Major Airlines In North America To Drop Charges For Second Checked Bag
All U.S. airlines flying to and from the U.S.A. to
Canada charge $15 for the first checked bag and $25 for the second bag.

Airlines does not charge a fee for the first checked bag of 50lbs. or less.
However, Delta Airlines and United Airlines both charge $50 for the second bag.In May 2008, Air Canada adopted the $25 for the second bag, blaming high fuel costs.
